This was our second time staying at the Inn. Neal and Mike are amazing hosts. The environment is very welcoming , warm and homey. Home hooked breakfast every morning.

The rooms are big, well furnished, comfortable beds and toiletries available. The common space is great place where guests get together to chat, watch TV in front of a cozy fireplace. The outdoor area is huge with plenty of patio furniture hammocks and fire pits.

About a 20 minute walk into town. I love this place and will stay again at my next visit. Located in Newport, within a 5-minute walk of Easton's Beach and 1. Easton's Beach is feet from the property and Newport is 2. The owners and staff were so lovely and the location just perfect. We were so happy with the accomodation, and our room, and glad that we were able to book a room at the Sea Breeze Inn. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend so wonderful! Providence , Warwick , and Newport are popular with other travelers visiting Rhode Island. Travelers who stayed in Rhode Island near T. Among the hotels near T. Coventry is centralized to what ever activity you are doing for the most part in Rhode Island without the Providence or Warwick prices. So a little 15 minute down the road hotel vs having to drive and stay in the cities was well worth it.

Really not too much to see in south Kingstown. Point Judith very close to take ferry to Block Island.

Excellent service from the moment we walked thru the door. The food at the restaurant is delectable. The staff is amazing. We met the owner Dr. Flannigan who showed us nothing but great hospitality. Breezeway Motel was clean and comfortable, we had an elevated room at 1st floor. Breakfast was good..
